Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to Zaxby's standards
• Maintain food quality, freshness, and presentation standards
• Follow food safety and sanitation procedures
• Keep kitchen stations clean, stocked, and organized
• Assist with food preparation and inventory rotation
• Work efficiently during busy meal periods
• Support fellow team members and managers
• Follow recipes and portion control guidelines
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Team player with strong communication skills
• Restaurant experience preferred but not required

Experience:

• Quick service & fast-food restaurant: 1 year (Preferred) as a cashier or cook for team members and minimum 2 to 5 years team leading experience for a lead role

License/Certification:

• Food Safety Certification (Preferred)
