HOME HEALTH CARE
Centric Home Health allows patients to receive needed care at home reducing the time it takes to recover from illnesses, injuries or surgery. Nurses, Therapist and Aides teach Patients and Families how to manage their illness through education and training. The Goal of Home Health Care is to achieve the highest level of independence possible.
HOSPICE CARE
Centric Hospice is specialized care that focuses on comfort and quality of life, rather than cure. We surround Patients and Families with a team of professionals who address physical or emotional distress and provide spiritual support. The Goal of Hospice Care is to enable an alert, pain-free life to live each day fully.
