Join one of the 15 committees to work on governmental concerns that directly impact our county's future.  Our goal is to create positions that our local legislature will be making policy decisions on during the 89th Legislative Session in Austin in 2027. 

The 15 committees consist of Economic Development, Education K-12, Education-Higher Ed, Education-Junior College, Healthcare, Mental Health, Infrastructure, Taxation, Technology, Tourism, Utilities-Electric/Gas, Transportation, Agriculture, Water and Insurance.
