Hunt County Days at the Texas State Capitol
Hunt County Days is a signature event hosted by the Greenville Chamber of Commerce that brings together leaders and stakeholders from across all of Hunt County. Held every odd-numbered year during the Texas Legislative Session, this unique advocacy event provides an opportunity to connect directly with our elected officials and state agencies while showcasing the priorities and future of Hunt County.
Community members from every corner of the county are encouraged to participate, including citizens, business leaders, elected officials, city councils, mayors, school superintendents, utility districts, taxing entities, nonprofit organizations, and anyone with an interest in the future of Hunt County.
During Hunt County Days, participants will:
- Meet with our State Representative and State Senator.
- Learn about the Texas legislative process and how state government impacts our communities.
- Engage with state agencies to discuss issues affecting Hunt County.
- Tour the Texas State Capitol.
- Be recognized on the floor of the Texas House and/or Senate.
- Network with community leaders and decision-makers from throughout Hunt County.

Hotel Accommodations
A block of 27 guest rooms has been reserved at the AT&T Hotel and Conference Center in Austin, the official host hotel for Hunt County Days. This is also where our Dinner and Breakfast with our State Senator and State Representative will be held.

- Welcome Happy Hour at TAB
- Dinner with our State Senator and State Representative
- Breakfast with our State Senator and State Representative
- Transportation on the Hunt County Days tour bus (whether traveling from Hunt County to Austin and back or utilizing the tour bus while in Austin)
- Participation in scheduled meetings, Capitol activities, and agency visits

*4:00-5:30 TAB Rooftop Bar Happy Hour (Texas Association of Business-across from Capitol)
*7:00-8:30 Dinner at Hotel (ATT Conference Center) with our Senator and State Representative
March 3 Agenda:
*7:30-9:00 Breakfast at Hotel (ATT Conference Center) with our Senator and State Representative
*9:30-12:00 Deliver position papers at the Capitol
*11:00-12:00 Recognized for attending HC Days on the House and/or Senate floor (optional)
Fees/Admission
Registration Fees:
Early Bird Rate Until 1/30/27
Includes: Happy Hour, Dinner, Breakfast, and round-trip transportation on the tour bus from Hunt County to Austin and/or transportation while in Austin.
Early Bird Registration: $325 per person through January 30. After January 30, the registration fee increases to $400 per person.
Please Note: Registration is required for each attendee, including spouses. Spouses are not included with a member's registration and must register separately at the applicable rate.
$21 parking fees per day will apply at ATT Conference Center for personal vehicles

There is a 27 Guest Room Block at ATT Conference Center in Austin. Guest rooms are $270 each and reservations can be made below. Get your room today because they book quickly! This hotel is where dinner and breakfast will also be served.
