21st Annual "Laughter is the Best Medicine" Gala

We proudly announce that the Hunt Regional Foundation will host its 21st Annual Laughter is the Best Medicine Gala on Friday, June 12th. This year’s celebration, “Black, White & Bling,” promises an evening of glamour, humor, generosity, and impact—and we hope you’ll join us.  Comedian Mike James will keep us in stitches while we enjoy a delicious meal and an exciting live auction.  Over the past two decades, this event has raised more than $1.1 million to support Hunt Regional Healthcare in delivering extraordinary care through advanced equipment and services. Thanks to the generosity of our sponsors and community, past galas have helped bring the Lou & Jack Finney Cancer Center to life, launch the Tubby Adkisson Mobile Mammography Coach, and fund critical updates to the Women’s Center, NICU, Surgery Center, Emergency Department, and Rehabilitation Services.  This past year, we were able to provide state of the art IsoTour Premium mattresses to all of our medical patient beds, resulting in enhanced rest, comfort and turning ability for those needing our care.  This $812,000 gift was made possible by donors like you who see the difference your gifts make.  The generous support of donors like you truly make a difference in the lives of so many.
